Merrika (Broad Leafed Wattle) Clay Combo Cleanser

Leaves from the Merrika tree, or Broad Leafed Wattle, are wild harvested then blended by hand with an oatmeal soap base, soft white kaolin clay - known for its detoxifying and nourishing properties - and organic eucalyptus oil to make a soft botanical cleanser to comfort even the most sensitive of skin.

The Merrika tree has many traditional uses, and is prized for its soothing and nourishing properties.  Merrika is used in balms, soaps and body butter made by the women at Bush Medijina, and traditionally provides sharp tips for fishing spears and digging sticks.

The clay combos are hand made on Groote Eylandt by the women of Bush Medijina from wild harvested traditional botanicals and organic ingredients. Each scrub weighs 120g and measures approximately 6.5 x 6.5 x 2.5 cm.
