Artist and Designer Shelley Barton lovingly captures the native fauna and flora surrounding her home studio in Bunbury, Western Australia and translates her drawings and watercolours in to beautiful hand-crafted scarves.
The hero of this scarf is the Silver Wattle, Acacia dealbata, so called because of the white tips of young leaves, and white lichen that often covers its bark, which in winter boasts a riot of bright yellow pom-pom flowers.
Digitally printed on light-as-air chiffon, these delightful scarves come beautifully presented in its own gift box, perfect for travelling with, or gifting to anyone who loves native Australian flowers.
Scarf measures approximately 45 x 145 cm and are digitally printed on sheer chiffon (100% polyester). Scarves feature a professionally rolled hem in a pretty matching light blue thread. Hand wash in warm water. Colours will vary on different screens and placements of birds will vary due to the handmade nature of this item.
Designed, made and packaged in Western Australia.
